While witnessed symptoms are listed, the fact that the software caused these unintended effects could be an indication of it also causing other undiscovered problems. Therefore, we recommended that you do not install this software and that you uninstall it if you already have it installed.

Stardock Fences

SYMPTOM: On tablets running Windows Vista, Stardock Fences interferes with the Novell iFolder client, which is key to backing up your data to a location outside of your computer. Witnessed symptoms include iFolder icon not appearing on the system tray.
SOLUTION: Uninstalling Fences and restarting the computer restored normal iFolder operation. (In some cases, iFolder needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled after removing Fences.)
